Fab location, easy check-in. Our room with breakfast was original. The bed in our room was not very comfortable, however we loved the stay overall.
It had quite bad views, and the bathroom was smelly.

Respectful staff, impeccably clean and impressive hotel. I loved my nicely furnished room, it had central heating, a safe box and a mini fridge bar. It offered delicious vegetarian breakfast at 10:30am. Really really nice stay in the downtown area.

Well-kept room, large bathroom, lively staff. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. Decent view, a little balcony, relaxing bed, too. The location was nice, just a pleasant stroll away from a 15th-century palace. Lovely hotel, EXCEPTIONAL service.

it deserves its 5 stars. we enjoyed hotel's facilities and service. sabayil district deserves to be explored. small restaurants right by the venue. btw, their concierge is top! we were offered to move into a seaview, it was good sized.
